With a snug and comfortable layout spanning approximately 600 square feet, this second-floor guesthouse, perched above a garage, is nestled in the charming Allandale neighborhood, near the intersection of 2222 and Burnet Rd. It comprises one bedroom with an additional sleeper sofa in the living room, along with a full bathroom featuring a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, and toaster oven, while a washer and dryer are available in the garage for your convenience.

Street parking directly in front of house by permit (supplied). The Parking Permit is hanging on a hook to the right just as you enter the unit. Hang this from your rear view mirror. Please try to park directly in front of the house if possible. Return the permit when you depart by either putting it back on the hook, or dropping it in our mailbox on the house front porch.
